I have so many emotions writing the December 2023 newsletter for Table Root Farm. This past year has been a year of growth and personal exploration like no other. I am so grateful for all of you who have supported my adventure into farming and entrepreneurship and who have given advice, asked questions and made the requests that have pushed to keep me molding my business into one I love and one that contributes to my communities, both physical and virtual. I have so much more to learn and ample opportunities to explore and I look forward to having you all join me when and in whatever capacity works for you.
This newsletter may get lengthy and I know the time of year does not allow for much extra, sitting around and reading email, time, so I will highlight each section in bold so you can find what interests you relatively quickly. A virtual meal prep class will be offered the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month… Jan-March are on the calendar and then I will re-evaluate. The 2ndt Monday of each month will be from 4:30pm EST – 6:30 with dinner being ready at the close of the class. The 4th Monday will be from 11am EST – 1pm EST. The registered group will have input into the nutritional priorities for that class (assuming they are registered one week in advance).

The membership structure is as laid out below. There is no virtual membership option this year, but anyone who attends 3 virtual classes will automatically have a 15% discount applied to all future virtual class registrations.

I hope everyone has a most wonderful holiday, celebrating with family and friends in whatever way brings you the most joy. I, personally, am very excited to have my whole immediate family at my home, here in GA, for the first time.
